Sandy Ramsay has international experience in the business of wine & spirits, sales, 

customer service, and motivational training . 


She is accredited at Level 3 with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, holds the British Sommelier Foundation and the Scotland Whisky Ambassador accreditation. 

Sandy is also a certified public speaker. 


From cleaning rooms, to Canadian sales manager for the largest land holder of wine in the world, Sandy can relate to the daily mashing that everyone goes through in the hospitality trade.


With her passion and in-born Canadian customer service attitude, she is a leader in the 

“service approach to sales” training. She gifts the opportunity to learn from her 

specialist knowledge and experiences and loves to have fun.

 Scottish Licence Training (2 hours)

All staff of Licensed Premises in Scotland are required to hold a certificate for serving alcohol. W'est can provide the 2 hours minimum training to all staff which is required by the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.  


W'est provides a short course delivering the basic staff training which meets the requirement under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005. Staff receive a record of training and workbook.
